You can actually host a file, using Dropbox’s “Public” folder. URLs are actual file path. Not sure if they have bandwidth cap though.

@awmerchant Well 12/1.5 isn't as good as what Charter says (30/5?) but as I said it works :-). Also the bandwidth cap is 250Gb.

Wouldn't be surprised if my ISP shuts me off today for hitting a monthly bandwidth cap. So far, like over 15GB in past night alone.
