@kikibunny_ pretty sure "al dente" for fresh pasta means lingering chewiness, not crunchiness. i could be wrong

@kikibunny_ afaik that's wrong. fresh pasta gets cooked for about a minute, then finished in sauce for another. result: al dente.

Learnt my lesson last night about drinking and not eating so I'm making fresh pasta with a random creation sauce.
