if a deal is made with no serious spending cuts interest rates will be up .5% & MLPs, REITs, high dividend stocks, Bonds ect down 10%.

I see Jim Sinegal, Costco founder, gave himself a big dividend before tax rates rise in Jan. He was praising high taxes B4. Interesting.
