@liztrinnear it’s most likely a host file error on your computer. Let me know if you’re restoring through iTunes

@hebers23 yeah i have the newest itunes. I'm not sure what the host file is.

@Ericnuke to repair The error 3004 delete The host file in The iTunes folder program files ;) reboot itunes ...at least it worked for me :p
