Been battered 2day, acupuncture in physio in me back and then straight on2 the dentist to get me tooth literally dragged out ******** #pure pain

@DC_physio it's all about the transactional stress theory. Pure stress. Then got biomechanics lab report to finish! Fun times haha

Session of physio tomorrow. 30-40 minutes of pure weights for my right leg! Trying to add that 2cm of muscle back on. Going to hurt!!!!
